Before all physical activities or sports, it is always a good idea to warm up the body and stretch out the joints and muscles you will be using. In this article, we will look at four stretches that can particularly help a golfer before they begin to swing their clubs or hit a bucket of balls.

With the Kinatex Golf program, we will evaluate the 12 swing characteristics of a golfer. In addition, 16 biomechanical tests will be assessed to better understand the physical strengths and weakness of each golfer. Finally, 2 programs based on these two comprehensive analyses will be given to the golfer, one with exercises to improve the golf swing and the second to improve the body's biomechanics.
